DANCE ALL YEAR TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS:
Dance All Year is a one (1) year contract between a student and Bella Ballerina dance studio. A student must commit to 4 sessions of Bella Ballerina Dance Classes in any 1 year period. Monthly billing cycles will be automatically charged to the credit card securely stored in our software for a period of 12 months for the sessions chosen. All accounts will be charged an additional $25 if for any reason a credit card is denied or expires. The Dance All Year contract is always billed at a flat monthly rate regardless of age group and your price will remain the same for 12 consecutive months. If the prices of classes change during your contract, your fee will be increased appropriately at the beginning of your next Dance All Year annual cycle.
WHAT IS COVERED:
Dance All Year contracts can only be used for Bella Ballerina Dance Classes (ballet, jazz & tap combination classes) and can not be applied to Bella Buddhi, Bella Beats or Bella Broadway classes. We can not substitute other class styles or summer camps for your monthly payments. Terminating or postponing your Dance All Year contract to enroll in other dance styles will still be considered early termination and fees will apply.
EARLY TERMINATION:
If for any reason, you decide to terminate your Dance All Year contract, you must provide written notice 30 days in advance. Dance All Year is a discounted enrollment program from the regular retail price. Terminating your contract early means repayment of the discounts you've received. Terminating a contract early will incur a cancellation fee of $200 for discounts received and updating of your account. These fees may be waived if you are terminating due to moving 30 or more miles away from your current address. You must show written proof of your new address to terminate without associated fees. Prepayment or payment in full of a Dance All Year contract will not be refunded for any reason regardless of early termination qualification.
POSTPONEMENT OF A CONTRACT:
You must provide a written request if you need to postpone your dance all year package. Postponement may only be for one session (three consecutive monthly payment cycles), otherwise is considered termination of contract and fees will be applied. All will be considered on a case by case basis where Bella Ballerina has the option to accept or deny postponement. A $70 postponement fee will be applied when the contract is adjusted. Anytime a postponement occurs, your contract will be extended by one session so that a full year of dance still occurs.
Registration of the Dance All Year program indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as monthly automated payments to the card you have provided and is securely kept on file in our system.

At Bella Ballerina our aim is always to keep our dancers safe and happy. We base our protocols on the MA state COVID mandates. We understand that not all of our families will feel the same on how returning to normal life should look, so we always default to the State and health department guidance for our type of business. We have consulted with them and would like to share the following changes you will see starting Friday, May 28th!
- Students and parents are no longer mandated to move through our studio in a way that restricts contact (no more arrows on the floor or requirement to wash hands prior to class - although we still suggest frequent hand washing because, well....toddlers! Frequent hand washing has always been and will continue to be a huge part of our summer camps as well!
- We will no longer have distancing squares in the dance room. That being said, our typical floor spots which they’re on for a majority of class still maintain a 3 ft distance.
- We will be reintroducing shared props and costuming during the Summer session. The materials will continue to be sanitized as they were prior to our pre-COVID protocols.
- Adults attending classes will not need to wear masks if vaccinated. We ask that unvaccinated adults continue to wear masks or take advantage of our “watch from your car” option.
- Our teachers have all been vaccinated and will no longer wear masks so that teaching is no longer impeded in this way.
- Students have the option of wearing masks or removing them at their parent’s discretion. With vaccinations of this demographic coming soon, we would suggest making an informed decision for yourself on if you should have your child wear a mask until they are available.
- As always, please do not attend class if your or your child is sick. Beyond COVID related concerns we still want to work to prevent passing illness through our families. Instead, please take advantage of our make up options which allow for up to 4 make up classes per session!
