TICKET SALES
No ticket sales are needed for this show!  The show will be brief and all are welcome to attend!
EACH DANCER IS ALLOTTED 7 GUESTS!  This includes parents, siblings, babies, etc.  If you have 2 dancers in the show, that means your family is allotted 14 guests and so on.  When you arrive at the show, your party will be checked in all together (just like at a restaurant!) to ensure no one has more than the allotted number of guests.  Any guests beyond your allotted amount may wait until the very end to see if any additional spots are available.  Please be aware that we may need to turn them away to comply with the MA State Guidelines regarding maximum amount of people for public gatherings.

RECITAL PHOTOS
Professional photos of students in their costumes will be taken at the recital after their time on stage.  Photos are optional and are a separate cost. Photos will be available to view 2 weeks after the recital at which time you can decide if you'd like to purchase the photo of your child. Photos will be delivered digitally via email.  You will have a limited time to purchase and download your digital images.  Access past the deadline to purchase or download will require additional fees.

BOPPERS PARENT INFO
If your child is a Bopper in this show, this info is just for you :)  The key differences for the Boppers are unlike the other age groups, you will stay with your dancer during their entire recital experience.  You will start in the cafeteria just like all of the other dancers, but you will also accompany them backstage just as you will at the rehearsal.  After their time on stage, you are welcome to take them back into the audience to watch the rest of the show!  At the rehearsal, we will give you a "seat saver" so that your family can reserve your spot without being hassled!

HAIR & MAKEUP
We want the recital to be a stress free day and we know how much stress hair and makeup can often add to this!  Please do not feel that you have to apply heavy makeup to your dancer - it should be natural and maintain their natural beauty being a child.  Watch the video below for some great tips and guidelines.....

CARING FOR YOUR COSTUME
It is important to know how to care for your costume leading up to the show!  Here are a few tips!
1.  Try on your costume when you receive it!  Make sure there are no sizing issues or defects.  Alert us immediately if there is any issue with your costume.
2.  Tulle and mesh will likely be wrinkled from being in their storage bag.  DO NOT IRON THEM AS THEY WILL MELT!!!  Instead, hang it in the bathroom with the door closed while you shower and then smooth out the fabric by tugging on it slightly.  You can also LIGHTLY steam if you wish!
3.  Keep the costume in a safe space and don't wear it before the show so that nothing is lost or ruined when you need it.

CHECK IN & OUT SAFETY PROTOCOL
When every parent knows what the protocols are, it helps all of our dancers stay safe!  When you arrive, you'll bring your dancer to the stage area where they'll meet up with the rest of their group.  They'll wait "backstage" until their dance is ready to perform!  After their dance is over, they'll go backstage again until our finale dance!  After the show is over, they'll rejoin your family!
